1. Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for shipped items. Sorry, no refunds for download items.

2. Eligible Products: All products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. Customized or personalized items may not be returnable.

3. Initiating a Return: To start a return process, contact our customer support team at sales@baseballclassics.com within the 7-day period. Provide your order date and amount, the reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Processing: Return shipping labels not provided. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted from the amount of the purchase refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be non-refundable, including clearance items, gift cards, and digital downloads.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@baseballclassics.com and include at least 2 photos showing the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.

2. Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time includes checking, packing, and shipping your orders.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• USPS Mail: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Baseball Classics ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. USPS Priority Mail is an ideal option for shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Baseball Classics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@baseballclassics.com to resolve the issue. We will work with USPS to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
