4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Processing: Return shipping labels not provided. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee subtracted from the amount of the purchase refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
